"After a long night of studying, have you ever heard a friend say, “Oh my god, I’m literally going to kill myself. I can’t take this exam tomorrow” Or maybe you have a friend who “pulls trig” after every Friday night out, but doesn’t consider it a problem for their health or mental wellbeing? College is stressful, even more so during COVID-19. It’s perfectly normal to experience a range of emotions as you navigate through these challenging times: anxiety, fear, sadness, anger, or a unique combination of those. While it’s good to normalize talking about mental health, it’s important not to trivialize symptoms."
